The William Mullins Colony of the Mayflower Society

Our members are descendants of the original Pilgrims who landed in Plymouth Massachusettes in 1620!

The William Mullins Colony is located in Central Florida and meets quarterly to share stories and learn more about the history of our Pilgrim Ancestors. We are part of the Florida Mayflower Society, which is part of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants.

If you think you might be a descendant of one of the Pilgrims, we can provide advice and assistance for you to research your family tree.

Did you know that today, a staggering 35 million people claim an ancestral lineage that runs all the way back - sometimes through fifteen generations - to the original 24 male passengers?
That number represents 12 percent of the American population.

There is a good chance that you might be eligible for membership!

  1. DUE TO POOR HEALTH ALICE SAWYER HAS BEEN UNABLE TO ATTEND NEARLY ALL MEETINGS THIS PAST TWO YEARS. YOU MENTION THE OCALA COUNTRY CLUB. HAVE WE DISCONTINUED THE ELKS CLUB? IT WAS SUCH A NICE PLACE TO HOLD OUR MEETINGS.

  2. I apologize for the delay. We hope that Alice is healing. We are not meeting at the Elks. Our next meeting is at the New Hilton Garden Inn on the Square in Ocala. It is being held on November 20th at Noon right after the State Mayflower meeting. Again, I apologize for the delay in responding.
